NZ FCCLA attends state meeting

North Zulch Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) advanced two Students Taking Action with Recognition (STAR) teams the state meeting in Dallas April 8-10. The two teams included their Interpersonal Communications team (consisting of Summer Benham, Jannat Sunny and Bryce Lide), who placed third, as well as their Promote and Publicize FCCLA team (consisting of Luis Garcia, Fasial Sattar and Ali Sunny).

Did you know, we have DVD movies and Blu-Ray discs available for checkout? Some of us live in an area of town where internet can be sparse, non-existent, or just plain slow. With options so scarce for streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu, it is important for places like our Library to have entertainment for the needs of the area. If you have a working DVD or Blu-Ray player, you’re ready to go.

Republican Party hosts Reagan Dinner

Numerous citizens and elected officials gathered at the Madisonville Sidewalk Cattleman’s Association Pavilion Saturday for the Second Annual Madison County Republican Party ‘Reagan Dinner’. The event’s keynote speaker was former U.S. Representative for Utah and current Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz.
