Most are familiar with the popular best-selling authors in the field such as Patterson, Child, Flynn, Baldacci, Grafton, Coben, Kellerman, Johansen, Reichs, King, and Grisham, and for good reason—these are skillful masters of their craft.

Midway VFD thanks community

The Midway Volunteer Fire Department was recently awarded a grant from the Texas A&M Forest Service allowing for the purchase of a 2021 Pierce Commercial Pumper. For years, the fire department has held many fundraisers, with the most recent being our 29th Annual “Po Boy” Steak Dinner & Dance on February 27.
