On Interstate 45, heading north in Madison County, an 18-wheeler blocked the road on Monday, Jan. 8, after it flipped onto its side in the middle of the highway.
The following persons were arrested or booked into the Madison County jail on Sunday, Dec. 31, through Sunday, Jan. 7. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
