1939 – 2023 Evelyn Jane (Ferguson) Stephens, 84 years, a resident of Houston, Texas, passed away Monday, Nov. 13, 2023, at her home. Evelyn’s life was celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at Day Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Duane Hamilton officiating.

1935 – 2023 Jean E. Kirby, a beloved mother, grandmother, and member of the Madisonville community, passed away peacefully on Nov. 9, 2023, in Madisonville.

1974-2023 It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brent Dorman, a devoted husband and son, a beloved rancher, dedicated horse trainer, and cherished member of the community. Brent passed away peacefully on Nov. 6, 2023, at the age of 49, in Houston, Texas to be welcomed into glory by his heavenly father.

1931 – 2023 Tomasa Arenas, 92 years of Madisonville, passed away Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023 at her home with her family by her side. The funeral mass is scheduled for 11 a.m.

1933 – 2023 William (Bill) Cornelius Sheehy, Jr. passed to our Heavenly Father on Nov. 1, 2023 at his home in Madisonville, TX.

1930-2023 Linnie Jo (Anthony) Kimbro; 93 years of Houston, TX, passed away Friday, Oct. 20, 2023 in Houston. Graveside services were 2 p.m.

1935-2023 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shirley Faye (Goines) McVey, a loving wife, a beloved mother, grandmother, friend and hardworking nurse on Oct. 27, 2023. She was 88 years old.

Billie Janet Radford (formally Billie Kizzia and Billie Keyes) outlived three husbands, and at 91 years of age figured it was time to leave the rest of the family behind to fend for themselves. But actually, the Lord, determining that it was time, called her on Sept. 24, 2023, to her permanent home in Heaven.
