Willie Milford Measles Sr. went home to be with his heavenly Father on December 4, 2019 in Bryan, Texas. He was born in Cerro Gordo, Oklahoma on November 18, 1936 to William Jackson Measles and Inez (Burney) Measles. He married the love of his life, Margarette (Rayburn) Measles on May 8, 1961. He loved his family dearly and was always interested in spending time with them. He spent his years hunting, fishing, washing cars, using string in some extremely interesting ways, and tending to his yard. His family has always been close-knit, and he cared for them well. He started in the oil field when he was a teenager and didn’t leave until he was 72. His work ethic caused many to respect him and it still shows today. He was a faithful member of Madisonville Christian Fellowship and was loved by all. more
