Velma Bailey Maynard, 87, of Madisonville, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve. Velma was born November 9, 1932 in Madisonville to Charles Earl and Lillie Bell Bailey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis W. Maynard, Sr., her brother, Boyd Bailey, and her sister, Katie Finch. She is survived by her children, Sandra Jones, Susan Stewart (husband Michael) and Otis W. Maynard, Jr. (wife Georgia); her grandchildren, James McCauley, Jefferey Maynard and Alex Stewart (wife Katie); and her great-grandchildren, Ty McCauley, J. C. McCauley, Peyton Stewart and Jack Stewart (due in January, 2020). more
