Born on July 19, 1933, in Temple, TX to James Calvin and Mildred (Beasley) Hipp. Bobbie graduated from Temple High School, and in April of 1952, married her high school sweetheart, Willis Johnson. They made their home in Houston, TX until Willis's retirement twenty-five years ago when they moved to their “greener pastures” log cabin in Iola, TX.
Bobbie was a unique lady, known for her quick wit and her devotion to family and church. Her biggest enjoyments were baking, gardening and watching football with Willis. Bobbie respected the Bible as God’s Word and reflected on her Creator’s promise of seeing her loved ones again, especially her beloved Willis.

Bobbie's children will be forever grateful to her son-in-law, Junior Sheffield, for his exceptional compassion and devotion towards Bobbie and Willis over the last year few years. The family would also like to thank her caregiver, Kelsey Weihausen, for the loving care she consistently showed our parents.
