Graveside services for D’Eva Turner, age 77, were held 10 A.M., Friday, February 28, 2020 at Madisonville Cemetery. A memorial service followed at 11 A.M. at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. Mark Trichel officiated the services.

Graveside services for D’Eva Turner, age 77, were held 10 A.M., Friday, February 28, 2020 at Madisonville Cemetery. A memorial service followed at 11 A.M. at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas. Mark Trichel officiated the services.

D’Eva Jean Turner passed away February 21, 2020 in Tomah, Wisconsin. She was born December 16, 1942 in Baytown, Texas to Lifford Samuel & Evelyn Marguerite (Littlefield) Luthringer. D’Eva had worked as a public school teacher for Huntsville I.S.D. and a newspaper reporter for the Baytown Sun. She was also a devoted homemaker to her family. D’Eva was a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville and had lived in Wisconsin for the past eleven years.

D’Eva was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Bo Turner; sister, Roxann Peterson; brother, Lifford Luthringer & sister-in-law, Betty Luthringer. She is survived by sons, Tim Turner of Camp Douglas, WI and Greg Bennett of Pittsburg, PA and grandchildren, Tessa, Bree & Micah Turner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Arrangements were under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas.
