Ellen Marie (Janes) Mince; 94 years, 8 months, 1 day; passed away peacefully on Tuesday; November 26, 2019 in Madisonville, TX with her family by her side. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday; December 1, 2019 at Day Funeral Home Chapel in Madisonville, TX. The visitation is scheduled to begin at 1 PM prior to the service. Larry Grimes will officiate. The burial will follow at The National Cemetery in Houston, TX at 11 AM on Thursday; December 5, 2019 where Ellen will be laid to rest next to her husband, Loyd Mince.

Ellen Marie (Janes) Mince; 94 years, 8 months, 1 day; passed away peacefully on Tuesday; November 26, 2019 in Madisonville, TX with her family by her side. Ellen was born on March 25, 1925 in China Grove, TX to Charlie and Katherine "Kittye" (Martin) Janes and was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her daughter, Marilyn Sue "Tiny" Mince Farrell; as well as Marilyn's husband, Lynn Farrell; her six sisters; and her two brothers.

Ellen is survived by her children, Charlene Bridges (J. Earl), Angie Harrington (Ronny), and Dennis Loyd Mince (Tonya); her grandchildren, Leslie Godwin (William), Haley Clevenger (James), Cannon Harrington (Brannon), Colton Harrington (Kaley), Ashley Farrell, Courtney Foster (Justin), Randall Mince (Liv), and Brandon Mince (Ashley); twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Madisonville Care Center and Traditions Hospice for the love, care and support they provided for their mother and their family.
