Memorial services for Johnny Louis Caldwell, age 62, of Madisonville, Texas have been set for 5 PM, Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Faith Baptist Church in Madisonville. Mike Cousins and Elmer Hall will serve as officiants.
Johnny L. Caldwell was born on January 26, 1957 in Madisonville, Texas to George L. and Jaunita (George) Caldwell. He was a resident of Madisonville for most of his life. Johnny was a supporter of the Side Walk Cattlemen’s Association, as well as, community and school events. He was also involved with the American Legion and an honorary life time member of the American Legion Post #84 in Madisonville.
Johnny loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He really loved to fish, play cards and loved playing family games. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ida Fay Caldwell and wife & soulmate, Sally. Johnny passed away on August 5, 2019 in Madisonville.
Surviving family includes sons, Adam Dunker (wife, Shawna) of College Station, Kenneth Haggard, II of Midway and Brad Synder (wife, Amanda) of College Station; sister, Beverly Jeffries (husband, Scooby) of Madisonville and five grandchildren, Abigail, Jonathan, Mikayla, Bryson and David.
Madisonville Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
