Our community has been challenged by recent events, most concerning was an ambulance being mired in mud for nearly two hours on Landers Lane Monday, Nov. 12, in a Darrell Hall neighborhood north of Bedias and equally concerning was a Saturday, Nov. 24, house fire on Bob Mathews Road (another Darrell Hall neighborhood) in the Bedias area.

There are several businesses in Bedias that have offered to collect donations in support of Ashley Wiley family, the mom and three daughters who lost their home, including the Pit Stop Café, the Dollar Store, and Serv-All. Please do what you are able.
