Second Sunday Christian Movie Night set

•Thank you to everyone who has joined us for our Second Sunday Christian Movie Nights at the Rev. Henry Sanders’ church, Faith Outreach Christian Center, in Navasota. Our Sunday, Oct. 14, film will be “God’s Not Dead: A Light in Darkness.” Everyone is invited and encouraged to join us for each of our wonderful Christian movie nights in our new home. •The Bedias Women’s Club will meet Thursday, Oct. 25, at 2 p.m., at the Bedias Civic Center. Mackie Bobo-White asks us to share that the October program will be on animals and Audubon and that women’s club dues are only $5 a year. Plan on coming for a great time, there is always great food and all Bedias area women are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in all women’s club activities.

•Mackie Bobo-White asks us to remind you about using and supporting our wonderful Bedias Museum and Library. Please go to www.facebook.com/BediasLibrary.home to learn more about our programs and ways you can help support this wonderful community resource.

•Looking ahead to the end of October, Tina (Pit Stop Café) asked us to share that they will be offering free hot dogs and chips on Halloween evening, beginning around 5 p.m. to trick-or-treaters (and to parents, too).
