Jimmie Louise (Tims) Vernon; 76 years and 7 days of College Station, TX; passed away at her home on Thursday; March 11, 2021. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday; March 17, 2021 at Willowhole Chapel in North Zulch, TX with the burial to follow at Willowhole Cemetery. Donald Wells will officiate. The visitation is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. prior to the service.

Jimmie was born on March 4, 1945 in Huntsville, TX to James Wesley and Ida Pearl (Dryman) Tims and was preceded in death by her parents. Jimmie is survived by her husband, Lawrence Ray Vernon; her children, Cheryl Taylor (Robbie) and Robert Vernon; and her grandchildren, Catherine Taylor and Christine Taylor.

Serving as pallbearers are: Robert Taylor, Robert Fields, Aaron Lavender, Steven Lavender, Ben Walker, and John Shannon.
