The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has shared two wanted individuals in separate cases with the public and is asking for the public’s assistance. The first case is Kimberly Ann Thrasher, 58.
On January 29, Nathan Cole Phillips pled guilty to two indictments for Indecency with a Child involving Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony, in the 12th District Court before Judge David Moorman. Both juvenile victims were younger than 17 years old at the time of the abuse, according to the Madison County District Attorney’s press release.
The City of Midway will hold a general election on Monday, May 4, to elect two members to the City Council for full two-year terms. Four candidates filed to run in the election: Jessica Jolley, Marc Nelson, Randal Dorman, and Brandee Curtis.
